Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our commitment to transparency and fairness in managing refunds and cancellations for all ClassMonitor programs and services.

Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are managed for products and services purchased through ClassMonitor. By enrolling in or purchasing any program or product, you agree to the terms of this policy.

No Refund Policy

As a general practice, ClassMonitor does not offer refunds once a purchase or enrollment is completed. We encourage all parents and customers to review program details carefully before making a purchase decision.

Kits & Physical Products

All kits and physical products purchased from ClassMonitor are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is confirmed. We request you to review your order carefully before making the purchase.

Please Note

Once a physical product order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances. Double-check all product details, quantities, and delivery address before placing your order.

Exceptions - Refund Eligibility

In certain situations, refund requests may be considered, provided they meet all the conditions below:

  • The program has not started and no class has been attended by the student at the time the request is raised.
  • A technical issue originating from our systems prevents access to live classes or products, and the issue remains unresolved despite multiple attempts by ClassMonitor support to address it.
  • Any other exception specifically approved in writing by the ClassMonitor management team.

Where refunds are approved under such exceptions, the amount refunded will be after deducting applicable taxes and administrative or processing charges.

Programme Start & Attendance

Once a class/program session is attended (even if just one session), services are considered delivered and not eligible for refund.

Unused classes that were not attended do not qualify for refunds, but may be rescheduled based on teacher availability and operational feasibility.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Parents may request to reschedule classes in advance. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible to ensure workable alternatives.

Important: Repeated last-minute cancellations may be treated as attended classes.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@classmonitor.com with the subject line:
  2. Include your details: registered email/phone number, order details, and the reason for the request.
  3. Wait for response: Our support team will acknowledge receipt and respond within 3–5 business days.
Response Time

3–5 business days for initial acknowledgment and review

Processing Time

7–10 business days for approved refunds to be processed back to original payment method
