A community needs many people to pitch in for it to function well.
It is important for your child to know the ways in which community helpers make his or her life better. It helps him or her appreciate their work.
So, here's an activity that will enhance your child's understanding of community helpers.

Show your child pictures of community helpers from flash cards/ books etc. and talk about how each one is important to us.
