Gadgets like smartphones and tablets have made our lives easier, but we cannot disagree with the fact that more and more children are getting addicted to these devices.

As parents, we often complain about our child’s addiction to mobile screens. This is surely damaging their physical and mental health but somehow it becomes quite challenging to stop them from using these gadgets.

Set a good role model

Children tend to emulate their parents. Don’t expect your children to give up their devices if you can’t do the same. If they see you reading a book, they are more likely to repeat your actions.
